templates and creating skins

i need someone to help me get templates and help with creating skins ive looked all over on how to do it and im finally posting a topic on it so be nice

and to add graphics what ever onto the template you can use gimp or photoshop
photoshop is better

if you have trouble look up the tutorials I'm sure there's one somewere

forum,models and skins at the very top it says tutorials there you go. if there is not enough there search on google the stuff they do is simular if not the same
