yeah done that but still have probs i made it to 19800-19800

and the default protocol timeout is 600 and also what is the map to host port and under applications i chose private server

or do i choose irc server insted of pptp server?

Map to host port probably lets you rewrite the port number so you can make it look like it's using a different port externally. You don't need that so leave the default.

For the application type leave it set to "None" like it recommends.

Are you sure your friend trying to connect to the correct address? It will be different than the address you use if you're behind the router.

You use the 127.0.0.1, he uses whatever you get from http://ipchicken.com/.

Forgot to add, he should also try adding the port at the end of the ip in-game.

ok more trouble my friend tried my ip from ipchicken it didn't work

then we tried ***.***.***.**:19800
like that

but *=numbers

then i tried all the others again and tried subnet mask or something and then the program started saying it's lazy?
