I want to play online and i click muliplayer and it said sending client info- key invalid- Disconnecting- Disconnected
what do i do? is it a server code i have to type in?

In the registration key menu, does it say "This key looks good!"?

Your key is in the same email with the download link. Enter it in the registration key screen.

what if u have already deleted that email

I can resend it if you're still using the same email address you ordered with.

i am having the same problem and do not see the registration key in my email......

Near it bottom of the email it will say "The product registration key is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".

You don't get a key for registering on the forum. You have to buy the game to get a key.

I did buy the full game and this is ^^ the only email i have recieved from jlv. Im being told that jlv sent me a message with the key but the sender of the message with the key is not jlv. its BMT Micro orders. so anyway i have it figured out now.
