Hi guys need some help with models

Ok hi guys (and Gals) im trying to put Dj's Wr250f Headlight on a yz125 in blender and dont know how to transfer as i cant find copy/paste lol
Could somone tell me how or link me to a tutorial?

You're better off looking at blender tutorials to learn the program rather than asking to do a certain task, it'll help you out more.
