Custom Skins are not loading in game right!!

OK, so i downloaded the ddmxv2 template to make my own skins, i know i have named it correctly but when it loads up in game it doesnt load up in the right place, Eg when i just load it up plain grey the Astar boots will show at the arm pits on the front and the neck will show on the front of the rider? I'am using photoshop.
the exact filename is:
rider_body-ddmxv2 Plain
which loads up but all jumbled like explained above...
if there was someone i could send my creation to over msn to test it that would be sweet...
A reply as prompt as possible would be nice

Not: rider_body-ddmxv2 Plain
But: rider_body-ddmxv2-Plain
You need the dash, it separates the model name from the skin name.

I had the same problem then i named it like this rider_body-ddmxv2-Magnus42personal this result in the casual gear..... what am i doing wrong!?

has to have .png on the end
