Mission Valley track lagging

I just got MX Sim yesterday and downloaded a few new tracks and skins today. All of the other tracks work fine, but for some reason on Mission Valley the game lags out really bad. When I'm sitting at the starting gate, this pops up in the top left corner "Warning missing shape file." Help?
