Hi I've had this game for 2 weeks now and I have no bad things to say about it at all. Recently I have been trying out tracks with arcade physics off and every time I turn he just washes out. I was hoping someone could tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can fix it. Also maybe if there is someone out there that plays with arcade physics off on a PS3 controller could you tell me a good button mapping. My Sit/Dab right now is square and I never touch it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Arcade physics are for noobs. In the bike menu, clock on arcade physics off and the game will get better!jenesis127 wrote:Hi I've had this game for 2 weeks now and I have no bad things to say about it at all. have the stability to 100 and the sit/dab is when the rider is sitting or standing(better to sit down in turns)

Re: Arcade Physics Off with PS3 Controller
I think your problem is that you are holding the direction that you want to turn, and thats not correct. In fact, it seems to be a common problem with new players of MXS, most likely because you are used to MVA style handling. Take everything you learned in the MVA series and throw it out the window.jenesis127 wrote:Hi I've had this game for 2 weeks now and I have no bad things to say about it at all. In MXS, you are controlling the handlebars.....unlike any other Motocross game where you just control the bike/rider on a turntable.
Think of directional pressure on your analog joystick as pressure on the handlebars. So you only need to apply enough pressure to turn the handlebars and lean the bike over. Once the bike is leaned over, you are making very SMALL corrections with the joystick to lean further or straighten up.
Its very much like real life. You wouldn't turn the handlebars all the way to make a turn in real life.... you'd likely fall over, just like you do in MXS.

Also is it possible to use the analog stick. I tried setting it but whenever I try nothing comes up and I'm currently using the directional pad and it sucks.

Use that driver, however I think you need a DualShock3, the SixAxis will not work with analog inputs.
