Xbox 360 control help?

Hello. I need help to the connect my xbox 360 control to my pc.
I installed a program called Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories Status which I find in another topic but they do not work it just flashes. There came up a box which stood written that it was installed?
Is there perhaps some other program?

Plz help?
