MAC skins and tracks

Hey everyone I just installed mx simulator through crossover games. I also downloaded some tracks right away and the models and some skins. I put them in my mx simulator folder inside the crossover games app. For some reason they do not show up in game so I was wondering if anyone can assist me at all?
