help please!

so i have a laptop and i dont know much about it, when i play mxs on the tracks it comes with it goes at allright speed but when i race on downloaded tracks it laggs heaps!
please help i have tryed to get new driver or whatever that is but cant work out how to do it and yes i have read the "how to download new drivers"
i just really want to play this sick game

Try to change graphic (ground res., texture detail etc.) to lower. example ground thing that normally is on 9 to 6, Idk if it helps but I hope so
