Missing Helmet.....

okay so I have this demo the Jones221 has sent me, and I have the model ( bell moto 8 ), and gear , bike, as well the proper skins for the models. He is using the bell manic black, the problem is, before I left to tennessee I was able to record footage of him, and everything showed up. However now after about a month, I need to finish filming him, and his helmet is stock. He has given me the proper lines for the demo in Notepad etc, then it just got all skitzy luckily I had the copy. Any reason on why #1. I could not see the lid no more after a mth on this computer? #2. how can I fix this? thank you....
