Okay so everytime I play Black Mesa and Mission Valley DOS all I see are the default textures and there is no decals.
^ For example, I went through the folder of Black Mesa and found them and even copied them out of the folder but it still does the same thing. Any Suggestions?

... that worked for Black Mesa but it does the same thing on Mission Valley
