MY Question is what Tracks, Skins, Bikes etc. i need to download or recommend to download.

And what are the best Servers with most Player?

How to install a Sound File for the Bike Sounds?

Falls das hier nen deutscher liest, kann mir jemand sagen was ich so an Bikes, strecken etc. downloaden sollte um "aktuell" zu sein? Welcher Server is denn der meist besuchte ? Wird dort anständig gefahren oder is es so schlimm wie bei der Demo?
