how do i insert a picture for my signature it wont workkkk?????

Upload the image to an image hosting site (http://photobucket.com or http://imageshack.us) take the forum embed code, then go to User Control Panel at the top of the forums, click the Profile tab, then click Edit Signature.

It can only be 128 pixels tall.
People who have bigger ones had them before that rule was put in place.

there is limit just for height, not for wide 
so you can make it like 128x600px
