Skin Naming

I downloaded the 2010 crf250r template, made a skin, and named the it crf250-Vision Racing, but it comes out messed up, (yes I tried searching the problem)
Do I have to rename the psd file also?
psd is named 2010 crf template
png is named crf250-Vision Racing

Sorry should of checked it before I posted again, but this it what it comes out of, and yes I renamed it:
Does it have to do with the logos I pasted on it, if I have to put them on certain layers or it messes up?

Can you post a picture of the .png of the bike? The bike could be rotated on the .png.
