ive lost it

I have lost it! About a month ago my computer was fixed and working good, before it was fixed i could run 15 people with little lagg. Today i try to play and it lags connecting to the server!I cant think straight with this thing lagging every other day, whats up with this ? Please help with ANY suggestions at all.
p.s(when it is connecting it lags to 130,000 at least)
