Help to do a skin

i have a little problem. I dont know how to do a skin. I cant find any "how to" video or something on the internet? Do any of you have a little video, so i can see how to do it?
i wanna make a skin, so it is like my real bike. how to i do that?

hey man all you gotta to do is down load a program called gimp then open up the file you want to edit then edit it hope this helps.
