name and number on jearsey

Plz help i have downloaded Photo shop cs5 and i dont know what to do now. how do i get the jearsey in there to put the number and name on it? plz plz help.

Find some gear that has been released with a PSD, and open it in Photoshop. Get out the text tool and start trying things out. After you get it how you like it, it will have to be rotated 180 degrees and be up-side-down in Photoshop. Then you go to file>save as and save it as a PNG. It will need to be named depending on the model you are putting it on. If you're using the Fox Blitz gear it would be named "rider_body-magnussonBlitz-Whateveryouwantrighthere.png". To have the model and have the skin show up in game you will need the SAF that robbimagg released too.

thanks for all the detail but i click on the rotate obejt and rotate camera and it wont ratate the leters
