Because I posted shots with the yz125. I stoped using it for a while because everyone just asked me where I got it from, but I like using 2-strokes and I won't take shots with the stock models. Twitch got it from me when I first posted shots with it since I gave in to everyone's constant asking. Then I posted a topic with the link so I wouldn't get asked anymore, then people said I couldn't do that due to copyright issues. So I want to get this straight, are there really copyright issues or not? (can someone with good knowledge on this please respond, so I get a real answer).

I am almost certain there aren't any. Not unless you were selling those models for actual, factual currency there shouldn't be a problem.
