floor tiling is visible i would suggest bigger texture, also the yellow lines doesn't really makes sense there, if they are suppose to separate parking spaces they are way too close to each other, (but i think its texture of road side with a line, so maybe get different texture for that).
Other thing is lighting, if you compare your modeled part to the background, its totally off, lets say you have lights there to get the rider more visible, in that case you need to blend your ground texture with the background texture behind the fence, so there is not a strict line that separates them.

But overall its a nice looking render, these are just things you can improve on
