Cool little video, how do you guys do the effect where in between clips its like a multicolored smearing affect?

its called film burn you dowload a film burn you can get some free ones just search free film burns on youtube and they will have links then you put it in vegas or whatever you use to edit and just place it over the clip where you want it and turn overlay on if you want it to be like see through
