Pardon me if I'm out of line, but isn't a turndown where you whip straight up instead of leaning? Like, you still turn your bars into the whip and all, but what you did there looked more like a scrub to me.

Even though in the video I posted, he only rotates 90 degrees? I honestly am not the official on whips or anything of the sort, but i just remember thinking turning your bars down was a turndown, until I was told differently. So... yeah. Time to google the shit out of turndown now
