when you rendered the Husky, you left the cutout norm turned on and i am guessing the cavity map on as well. The cutout norm makes the plastic have a pop out to mimic a decal laying on the plastics. The cavity map in the psd is sort of like an AO/edge map to kinda refine the edge of that cutout.(correct me if i am right Jeremy)

So for Jeremy's ktm and husq, if you render without graphics save out a separate norm with the cutout norm disabled and when you save your diffuse, turn off the cavity map

My first time doing a render. I am not sure why the background looks like that especially on the walls.
