What's going on guys!? I hope you all had a motivating and productive week!
So I've been having problems riding with others such as making mistakes when trying to follow them or I get to excited (Wanting to pass them ASAP) following them and make mistakes/crash. So I've been trying to get online and just follow/stalk people. Just give them room and try and hit my marks. This is hard because most dudes are flat out faster than me or they are about the same speed but they send it and crash.
I've also been trying to figure out ways to improve my speed so I:
1. Changed up my rear end to give me much better traction.
2. Try to roll on the throttle more to prevent me from burning out as I exit the corner.
3. Being in a lower RPM I've found has helped with that like much of the fast dudes mentioned to me (Go figure right).
4. Am trying to learn that throttle position does not = speed. Being smooth and fast does.
If you have a couple of minutes please watch me for a couple of laps and see where I can improve.
Note:
Early on in this video I was having problems hitting that second SX triple out of that 90 degree right hand turn but I figured it out as I went. This was the second or third time playing the track.
Also, I feel like I'm slow in the whoops and try to hit 3rd but sometimes it works and other times depending on the conditions I get swabbed out. So I leave it in 2nd. I know those are a couple of my weak points.
