Practice being clean, and direct.
Land down the down ramps smooth, carry your speed into sections but be smooth through the turns.
I see you're landing pretty skewey on some of those jumps. Don't worry about style until you can hit everything straight and clean.
That comes later, and is for shaving tenths off laps. You need to be saving seconds atm. So don't worry about dead sailing jumps or sections.
Just practice being as smooth as possible and your lap times will drop down.
