Turn your terrain rendering method to shaders/direct or shaders/copy next time. The reason those light spots are happening is because your terrain rendering method is either hardware or software or something else funky.

Also the reason there is no shading on the rider

Nah, probably has something to do with the spec maps on the actual gear. Terrain rendering method only has to do with the track. So if I had to guess, there's something wrong with the spec or norms.

Nah, Everything is fine with the norms and spec, i tested and everything before making his update pack, everything is good. so its his method.
