I think I've only seen shots from him with high FOV, so I wasn't sure if he was actually going for that. But he knows how to turn up his graphics and stuff, so he probably knows about FOV and is just going for that style.

i mostly use fov in between 30-50, just when I want to take a "wider" area in the screen I go with 60-90, like for this last shot you used as example the fov was 85, because I wanted the shot to show more of the beautiful track and the bike is just happened to be there.

The point is you can go with high FOV but you need to know what exactly you want to get from the pic. if you want a shot of a bike I would go with 30-50 as I said, if you want to make that bit perspective distortion effect go with higher values

This one guy needed a pic of his bike on a stand, so I helped him out. I used my screenshot skills to make up for my lacking render skills haha :) I'd say it came out pretty nice.

Another one with high FOV, i shoot all the time in free roam camera because i use the P2STA focus technique, and its probably my last one with this FOV.

i fucking love the nike hoodie with the yz1985.
