I think he was going for the look of having a couple different light sources from the multiple lights in a stadium, I think it look sick but I agree they could be blurred a little.

Quick shot I threw together, my selection tool seems to be missing all the pixels for some reason. Also my first bike gfx made in illustrator!

Are you using p2sta method? It isn't a perfect selection but it will get the majority of pixels

Yes I am, but it seems like it's been missing a noticeable amount of pixels lately and i'm not sure why.

It's because this game doesn't like when you take screenys in front of lights. Nothing you could do other than avoid those angles.

You sometimes have to play around a lot with the refine edge selection options, and even then may need manual selection editing using the hand tools.
