Yeah I would, but I don't know how to do that kind of stuff. I would love for someone to teach me though

I would have made 2 layers of the track/rider. Made 1 darker (for the shadow). I used a black color opacity at 75% and took a soft brush and erased the front of the rider and spots on the track where it might look the sun is peaking through the trees.
I did not take my time with this so dont judge but just an example.

All just comes down to messing around and getting creative. Nobody taught me, just a lot of time messing around with stuff.
