ACCOUNT ISSUES!!

So i took a long time of the game and had a emf but the email i connecetd the account to is inactive now. It happend to me on mxs lobby to the just made me join there lobby so they could tell it was my uid if i could somehow do the same please help. Also is he a email i can reach emf at.
