For many reasons,
- The license itself isnt necessary but
- That allow us to verify accounts before someone can join a race, i can verify UID (many did mistake there..) names, numbers etc.
- There will be more license next year so, i will just have to put a pro license to players that deserve it, rest will stay on the normal one.
And well, i don't see any problem with giving license manually since we check the new subscriber everyday, and many time per day.
