Beat me. I had 17 fps on sevlievo

Was the problem before ? Maybe try to install latest or old nvidia nvidia.

I'm not sure, but sometimes it help.
Download nvidia drivers 301.42 if it not help install latest drivers (320.49) then go to nvidia panel (right click on desktop) and run everything for performance. I had the same problem with my fps and Jlv said this
You might do better with shaders on since that will let the GPU do more work that would otherwise be on the CPU.

I don't know. rF should release it, we aren't getting the track earlier (I emailed them some times but never got a reply, that's why our sponsors are also not on the tracks).
