1- The real logic, when you do 5 years old kid things on a game while you are 18+, would be to apologize instead of criticize others.

2- there's 2 logics about how protest could be apply, and i understand the Maxime's logic, even thought i would prefere protest to be done and apply after each race, i can understand that he may not have time to judge 5y old moves every week in time when i know the big amount of work he got to do for sx and mx.

3- After reviewing your 5y old idiot moves on the track, i would have ban you for the rest of the season anyway.

EMF Crew's DESCRIPTION: We watched the whole demo to check for incident between Frederick and Dale, we found 2.
1st move :

As we can see it's more Frederick's fault than Dale, he doesn't take distance with him in the 1st move and hit Dale's rear wheel.
In the 2nd move, he want to pass him really quick and did the mistake alone.
We also found 2 actions who can prove Dale was lagging, he's from Australia so we know he have a high ping, maybe it wasn't stable as usual on this race.

Theses 2 actions show Dale's lag and the consequence for 2 others players, that's the only bad action we found in the whole demo.
VERDICT: There is nothing in the moves with Frederick but the 2 others actions are unsafe riding. He know he have a high ping at the limit of what is allowed.
He should keep more distance with the others players, more than everyone else due to his high ping.

Message : I am lapping Ryan, then he disides to brake check me.
EMF Crew's DESCRIPTION: First of all, Ryan have the blue bar since 20s before this action. He could let Martin plenty of time but he didn't.
In this action, we see Ryan hitting the brakes hardly after landing the last jump of the section, Martin couldn't avoid him and just crashed in his rear wheel.
We are really not sure if Ryan wanted to brake-check Martin, but it was an unsafe move for sure.
After that, we can see him restarting without taking care of others (he's already lapper so he have to take care about others more than everyone else), restarting in wheelie and going right into
the line of an other rider.

VERDICT: No respect on the blue flag many times, aggressive/unsafe riding, unsafe restart after crash.

as you can see in this gif here, the first straight was a cluster fuck. and as you can see, the guy pulled out on me. so once again not my fault.

and ANYONE who ever lags, would say when youre racing you DON'T think about your ping as you're focusing on the race. and LANGAGMYBALLS, if youre so good why are you so far back? so are you just using me as an excuse cause you got the dick in SLC?.
