EMF is getting worse and worse, tracks started good and they're slowly going downhill. Lappers DO NOT respect leaders... and they don't get penalized?

Having a bit of a hard time understand some of the comments here, so I would like your help. Seems that at least a few of you think EMF/tracks are going "downhill" or getting "worse and worse" after riding the last round. I fully expect the usual bitching and moaning, but I really wasn't this week, so I'm a bit caught off guard.

I say this because the track was 80% the same as last year, at which time the track was very well received and - having just quickly looked back at last years thread to be sure - got nearly unanimous praise. This years version remade ruts/turns, some bumps, few sections of straight-line ruts - and that's just speaking to the terrain. Basically, aside from the ruts/corners, which were the only thing a few people noted as not awesome last year, the track was damn near identical.

So here's my point - how do we go from 1 year of 99% positive comments, use the same base terrain with identical jumps (save 1 single), and there are now people saying the tracks are getting worse and worse, asking for money back, etc.? It's kind of baffling to me, the thought process just doesn't line up in a logical way...please, help me understand.

I think you answered to your own question.

But if you still wonder why people ask for money back, ONE of the reasons may be because we raced in a 2016.5 version of the track so EMF had 1 year to basicly smooth a couple of braking bumps and add a couple objects and still release the track 3 days later of the set date giving out just 1 day to the pros to learn the track. If you make people pay for something, this can not happen. 5 rounds, 5 delays.


Pietramurata was by far the best track of the season along with Indonesia.

Things I would of have changed:
Ruts in the big table top. I mean, not the best jump to add ruts since you kill the fun factor of throwing whips. Wanna have ruts in jumps? In any other jumps would of have been better placed just to at least have a jump were we can have a little bit of fun.
All the ruts were well made but the outsides were a little bit faster and even safer. For example, the left turn before the mechanics area was very one lined when it should of have been the most equaly lined turn in the track since its the last turn and where most of the races position would of been decided.
Visuals are still very bad.
Overall, I had ton of fun racing. See you guys in Valkenswaard.

mhhhhhh nope. Every round until Leon has been re-made completely. Arco instead have been revised a bit, changing some ruts and every bump.
