Only just realized this now... but i got my 1 week suspension at Round 16. i then was able to race Round 17 but couldn't because my alarms didn't go off so that was my week ban, right? so why now when its Round 18 i get my suspension?....

because you get your suspension when the penaltys are posted ...
How can you get your suspension if the penaltys are not posted ?
this have nothing to do with your alarm ...

Your protest system is stupid. maybe if you put protests out on time instead of 3 weeks later... i'm just saying, i got a week suspension at round 16, so i should have been suspended for round 17. which makes me eligible to race round 18 as my suspension is over.
