▀▄▀▄▀ Rules and Regulations

250 Novice Rules :
- The 107% rule : if your laptime is below 107% of the best laptime in 250Am of your region, you'll be bumped in "B" licence.
[Example : Anaheim I : 1"01"469 Best laptime NA 250Am, 61.469x1.07=65.77183, 1"05"77183 limit of the NA 250Novice class]
- If you scored points in the past official series (rF or EMF) in Novice class or upper, you'll be bumped in "B" licence.
- If we consider that the skill you show during the Novice races exceed what we determine is Novice skill level, you'll be bumped in "B" licence.
Rules may be changed or added at any time. It's up to you to be updated at any given time.

Yes Heckman I understand that...nvm I just figured since people have 4 days to qualify it would end an hour before the race to give people a cool down. Unless EMF has always done that.
