My friend is new to EMF and ive got him to sign up for the website and to do a few races but its saying he doesn't have a race licence hes tried posting on the Topic 'If you dont have a race licence post here' but no ones is responding to him so im trying to help him out so he can race the ACF Tour 2019 at Frontignan. So please can someone reply to this post and try and help him get a licence so he can race on Wednesday. Thank you
