Can someone make Arizona Cycle Park?

Arizona Cycle park is one of the best tracks down south in the US. I think it would be awesome if someone made it cause i live like 20 min from it. And i know some of you are gonna be like " OH why dont you make it?" Well ive watched every tutorial possible and i still dont get it. although id be willing to help with anything needed. Hmm, maybe when nationals season comes I'll crack at it... I hate replicas, but I do think it would be an easy track to replicate and would be a fun racing track in sim.
