i didnt understand ANYTHING on that sentance, no offence.
But if you ment only track no objects and decals.. umm why would you do that? ripping mayby

I need help with map too. That map when you download blank track here is mape "make a map" I tried to make screenshot from top view of my track and in photoshop i draw a map. But i cant scale it to game. Help me please. :)

1) go to in-game editor.
2) zoom out so you can see the extents of the base terrain. (all of the grass)
3) take a screenshot (s-key)
4) open the screenshot with photoshop.
5) using the crop tool, crop the picture to the extents of the base terrain.
6) go to image > image size > 512 px X 512 px
7) select all the grass area and delete it.
8) select the track path and change colors to whatever you want.
9) save it as map.png and throw it in the track folder.

Or, replace 7 and 8 with drawing a track path with a vector tool, then stroking the path with a hard brush with thickness similar to the track in the picture.
