When the IDK tracks came out, I was glad they were given to public since i knew tons had them and I didn't although many bases were mine.I don't think Stephen felt the same so I would check with him if anyone were to touch his stuff. Updating and private sharing sucks, updating and public sharing is rad in my opinion. makes a better community.

I wish the community would be like it use to. I think it's getting better. Sometimes people just update things to the way they like it and don't think it's good enough or normally there's other limitations on why they can't give it out. If everyone released there edited things we would have a lot of junk

Track looks really cool, just wonderin' though. How come some tracks have one area thats just randomly raised a lot, like the part in the top left section of that pic. is it when a track is made in Photoshop or something?

It's usually a circle of 100% white and 100% black so the game can read the maximum and minimum height. If you don't have them and you're making tracks in photoshop, your height could get messed up because the game reads new minimum or maximum height values from the terrain you've created.

Ahh ok i see! i've never used PS for tracks, explains why i've never personally experienced it hahaa, thanks for the explanation anyway.

like ohagen just said i got the height map from that thread wich, was free to use.to my understanding so if there is a prob with it you kinda, used the wrong wording or should have not put it out, and stated it could be used by anyone for what ever.
