Are you building these only off the 3d "layout" images that have been released? That has to be a bit of a challenge I would think. Looks like you're making great progress, though.

Partially. I do have somewhat of a system in photoshop from previous years to draw my own blueprints that will be pretty similar to dirtwurx. The upside to using editor is that it's easy to measure everything out. And using past measurements from dirtwurx blueprints, one could get the layouts pretty close that way too. I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to using gradients to measure the lane width and jump spacing.
You guys that know the scales and stuff, I'm going to try and get some good gradients that I could potentially re-use when needed. However what is the scale/length stuff of these trackmaps (roughly)? Going to try and build this one just to try and learn:
Personally Kris i would go onto a RF sx track and use the gradients to measure the length of things
I went on 2016 Boston and measured this jump out and the length of it was 95
Then add up all the jumps within a straight and add a couple of foot each side and that would give you a rough length for your straights
I feel that would be the easiest way if there is no actually measurements for the track maps

I don't know if he'd give out that kind of information (the scale that he uses for rF replicas), but Barrington was extremely helpful to me for the 3 weeks that I was obsessed with trying to get good at making tracks. A pm to him may point you in the right direction Storken

The published Dirt Wurx maps used to have height and length noted. Here are a few for reference:
Of course, how you translate that into in-game scale is up to you. But hopefully that gives you some numbers to start with!
