there where a track in a post apocalypse city hahaha, you jumped into the buildings and stuff, was so awesome!
i really want a decent collision
i´ll give it a check, thanks for the tipTimFerry15 wrote: I've actually gotten into making collision, somewhat, and it's not that hard.
I just use Blender; making spheres that fill up the object. You just need the coordinates and sizes of the spheres. So, when it defaults to a size 1 sphere, at [0,0], it's not very hard at all getting the numbers for the collision file.
I know that this is off topic, but wouldn't it be nice if objects had the same collision (/traction levels, i don't know exactly what it uses) as the ground? Then the collision file could just be the [friction spring damping] settings. And you would also get a perfect surface, not multiple spheres put together.
i really like that idea, the track is a 3d model that simplifies at long distances true jlv?
what if we use the same collision that the track uses for custom 3d models?
making the collision in faces instear of spheres and maybe write the phyton script to auto convert all the faces into collision faces.
dont know if i get myself explained
