It looks nice.

Since it's supposed to be sort of a practice compound, it would be cool if there were grass on the lines other than the main line, i.e. on the backs of the triple faces. Also, it would be cool if there were weeds and stuff on the track.

Working on a small compound of my own:

No elevation changes and the biggest triple is only 90 ft :|.
There should be elevation changes when I get done.(National track should be finished also lol). Gotta work on blending too. Hardest jump at the moment is the sand triple, even though it is the smallest.
Keep working on practicing and improving. You're getting better, and it's great you are waiting till you have something solid before rushing a release. I would be more than happy to beta and provide good feedback when you feel you have a track that is ready if you wish.

THe first step is a great displacement. Most tracks don't get a single object or decal for a few weeks until the displacement is to a stage where it's fun.

... you add detail lastly (most people do that) and first thing you do is make the disp map Good, so it has a nice flow, decent ammount of roughness and if its a replica, it replicates the real deal...

A few tips I've learned along the way.
Take your time.
If you think it's "okay", change it - if you think everything is great, chances are everyone else will only think it's "okay". If you only think it's "okay", others will think it's shit.
If there is one "good" way through asection, people won't find that line and will not understand the section. Remember not everyone is in your head when you are designing it.
Mix fast with slow, big jumps with small jumps - contrast contrast contrast
Flow - make it flow - if it flows, you'll know.
Look is as important as playability - the way the jump looks will directly affect the way perceives it rides... perception can be your best friend or your worst enemy

Your decals and objects on the other tracks haven't been bad, the disp maps have. A good disp can make up for an average environment, but an average environment will never make up for a shitty disp.
