Valkenswaard decal overlay source file

Since there seems to be some interest in how I go about making my decal overlays I thought I'd share the decal overlay .xcf source file for Valkenswaard.
It's split into two parts to fit the 200MB file size limit on mediafire.

How do we open the files?

I got rid of everything after the .xcf part of the file name but Gimp 2.8 gives me an error when I try and open them. I can open the decal template from your blog without any problems but these 2 wont work.

Did you unpack it with 7-zip before trying to open it?

ohk hagg you have confused us all hahaha i tried .rar the 2 files then extraing them from the .rar and then opening with gimp if this is what you meant. but still no work, why, i dont know what to do know hahaha

It works if you do what Haggqvist says and unpack them with 7 zip. I didnt have 7 zip though so thats why I couldnt get it working to start with. It's a free download for anyone else that needs it too.

Could you give us a bit of a description on the process you use to make one of these Hagg? I think that would definitely be helpful.
