Finsish and Starting Line

i would like a finish line 4 the track and move the starting gate were it needs 2 go... just tell me how

nevermind i figured it out and pasted all the quardinates but it wont appear in game ill still start were it always was not were i said 2 and i saved and closed out of note pad so i hope nutin got screwed up

when i did it, i moved the starting gate but the timing gates dissaperred /???????????
