Please help with banners!?

Okay i know how to import decals and stuff like that but i still don't know how to import banners and before u say thats what the search function is for. well u get the drift. don't bother saying that ive looked and im still confused. can someone please help!

I just searched for "importing custom objects" and my tutorial was the first thing that popped up.
