Shadows in Editor

Post by checkerz »

How do you render terrain shadows in the editor so you can see definition of jumps, bumps, and berms after importing a height map from PS?

You need to refresh the shading. You can do this by turning the smoothing down to 0 and using it on the whole map, or using repainting the track textures, which you will have to do anyway if you've imported from photoshop.

I need to learn how to make good tracks with photoshop, it seems quite hard
