Track editor HELP!!

I got windows 10, and when I try to add the Editor into the actual game, there is no "Shortcut" tab when i rightclick Mx.exe - properties, Where do I get the track editor to work if im on windows 10 without shortcut tab?

You need to do this to your desktop shortcut and not the actual .exe file. Here's a guide:

Now we cant even get into, or well no tutos tell you, when I press tab it just changes the view, has the button been changes to go into track editor?
