Does the JM file have anything in it? Open it with notepad just to be sure it actually exported some geometry. If it does, then MAYBE it's actually an error in your statues file (i.e. names or locations don't match).
Maybe something "apply rotation and scale" will fix in blender?

Thanks for your help but i already fixed it. Exported the jm wrong
After some help with shading and seq files i can do the basic but me being me i could do with some help as i am not the best with shading nor seq files.
Just need basic shading for a flag which makes it looks like its moving in the wind. Would love if someone was able to teach or give me some tips on how i can make it look decent.

I honestly don't mean that to be an asshole I just think you could do some minor things and make it look heaps better up close not just have a killer birds eye... this isnt flight sim
