Decals not showing

I am having trouble getting decals to show up. I cant even get one to show up anywhere. Ive been looking at tutorials and examples to try and catch what i am doing wrong but cant find anything.

The game can only write to your personal folder. On windows 10 that would be C:\Users\"your username here"\AppData\Local\MX Simulator.

i had the same problem but fixed it up
it is the same with decals and statues
